Before you begin…

Before you can access your patient portal, you will need a P.I.N. #. To obtain your P.I.N. # , you may call our office at (586) 727-5840 and speak to our receptionist (option #1), or email us at genine@northmacombmedical.com  (email requests may take up to 48 hours to process). After receiving your P.I.N. #, you may access the patient portal by clicking the link below.

Please note, if you are requesting your P.I.N. # through email, you will need to include the following information in your request:
Patient name
D.O.B.
