Dr. Christopher J. Frocillo

Dr. Christopher J. Frocillo is a graduate of Wayne State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree and Master Of Science Degree in Biological Sciences. He is a graduate of Oakland University where he received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Degree from Midwestern University in Chicago, IL., and was residency trained in Family Medicine at Mt. Clemens General Hospital. He is currently a Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment.

 
 
 

Dr. Heather M. Plumer-Haun

Dr. Heather M. Plumer-Haun is Board Certified Physician in Family Medicine. She is a graduate of Michigan State University, College of Osteopathic Medicine and The University of Michigan where she obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree. Dr. Plumer-Haun completed her internship at Bi-County Community Hospital & Henry Ford Hospital. She was residency trained in Family Medicine at Mt. Clemens General Hospital. She has practiced here in Richmond with North Macomb Medical Associates for 13 years providing comprehensive care for the whole family.

 
 
 

Dr. Robert K. McCowan

Dr. Robert K. McCowan is a graduate of Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine-Midwestern University class of 1996. He completed his internship at the Michigan Medical Center in Detroit and did his residency in Family Medicine at Mt. Clemens General Hospital. He has been practicing in Richmond, Michigan since 1997. He is on staff at Mt. Clemens Regional Medical Center & Henry Ford Hospital Macomb.

Dr. McCowan cares for patients from pediatrics through adulthood and has a special interest in the geriatric population.

 

Dr. Jude L. Stratford

Dr. Jude L. Stratford graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1995. He completed his family medicine residency at Mount Clemens General Hospital in 1999, and is board certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulation.  Dr. Stratford is a full time urgent care/walk in physician and has occasionally worked in Colorado.

Outside of work Dr. Stratford enjoys the outdoors including activities such as hiking, backpacking, camping, canoeing, downhill skiing and competitive soccer. Other interests include integrative wellness, consciousness and personal fitness. He also participates with the Michigan Scottish Terrier Rescue where he recently adopted Caroline, a retired show dog.

 

Dr. Emi Bulica, MD

Dr. Emi Bulica is a Board-Certified Physician in Family Medicine. She graduated with honors from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine in 2018. Dr. Bulica completed her residency in Family Medicine at McLaren Macomb Hospital.

Dr. Bulica started practicing in Richmond in 2021 at North Macomb Medical Associates. She is a primary care physician, trained to meet the diverse health needs of patients of all ages. In her spare time, Dr. Bulica enjoys spending time with family and friends, being physically active, hiking, cooking, and traveling.

Deborah D. Berry, PA-C

Deborah D. Berry, PA-C is a graduate of Western Michigan University’s Physician’s Assistant Program class of 1989. Board certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants. She has been practicing in Richmond, MI since 1994 and specializes in women’s health issues.

 

Sarah A. Weymouth, PA-C

Sarah A. Weymouth graduated from Grand Valley State University with her Bachelor of Science degree and Master's in Physician Assistant Studies. She enjoys treating patients of all ages. Outside of the office she spends her time reading, camping and sharing time with family and friends. Sarah joined North Macomb Medical Associates in January of 2017.
